Library of the Museum of the Town of Kaštela has got approximately 2400 book units. Book fund is being fulfilled by buying of book, donations, gifts and by exchange with similar culture and scientific institutions. General, national and local history is represented in literature, also art history, artistic craft and history of culture. Library holds large number of lexicons, encyclopedias and dictionaries. Number of periodical publications is also significant. Library at this time does not have its own place or its professional employer. Book units are registered by hand into the register of books. Each book unit has stamp with register number.

Books are lent to pupils, students and professionals mostly from Kaštela.

Head of the library is a senior curator, Mirela Duvnjak.
